Almond Flakes Crisp

Almond Flakes Crisp

75g egg whites (~2 large eggs) (2 biji telur putih)
60g caster sugar (gula)
50g cake flour (tepung kek....akak guna tepung gandum/terigu)
100g Almond flakes (hirisan badam)
25g butter (melted) (mentega yg telah dicairkan)


Method ( Cara )

1. Using a hand whisk, beat egg white and sugar till sugar dissolved and bubbly.
Menggunkan whisk tangan...kocok/pukul telur putih bersama gula sehingga gula larut dan berbuih.

2. Add in flour, almond flakes and melted butter, use a spatula to gently combine well. Rest for 30mins in the fridge.
Masukkan tepung, hirisan badam dan mentega cair. gunakkan spatula aduk/kacau rata/sebati. rehatkan dalam peti ais/kulkas 30mins .

3. Spoon batter (1tsp) on a non-stick baking sheet, you may use the back of spoon to spread the batter to round thin shape (neither too thin nor too thick), or you may use your fingers to spread the batter (wet your fingers first).
sudukan adonan  (1tsp) atas alas pembakar yg tidak melekat....btw akak punya melekat.....gunakan belakang sudu/sendok bikin bentuk bulat dan ratakan tidak terlalu tipis///tidak pula tebal. atau gunakan jari utk membentukkan adonan....cuci tangan terlebih dahulu...

4. Bake at pre-heated oven at 150C at lower rack (fan forced) for 14-16mins or until all evenly golden brown (rotate the tray for few times for even browning).
bakar suhu oven 150C di rak bawak dan gunakan kipas oven utk 14-16mins atau sehingga adonan kememasan...putarkan loyang membakar beberapa kali utk mendapatkan warna bakar yg keseluruhan....

5. Store in air-tight container.
simpan dalam botol....atau baleng.....

Alhamdulillah rasanya sedap....cuma kertas pembakar melekat dibawah cookies itu.....insya Allah dicuba lagi.....
